Membership Information
|
There are three types of regular, voting memberships available. Members may select between a higher dues option with no spending minimum or a low dues rate with a $350.00 annual spending minimum requirement. The below amounts include state taxes. In addition, there is a yearly Capital Assessment Fee of $105.52 for building maintenance and improvements.
