Membership Types
Regular Membership: A regular membership is issued to a married couple upon approval of the Board of Directors. A regular membership is entitled to vote a annual and special meetings and may hold office. The annual membership fee for regular members is assessed as indicated below. Additionally, annual capital assessment fees of $105.50 per year, used to improve the real property of the club, apply to all memberships. Two dues structures are available to Regular Members based on acceptance of a $350.00 spending minimum.
Single Membership: A regular membership for single members is available at the dues rate indicated below. This option requires the acceptance of a $350.00 spending minimum. All other benefits of the Regular Membership including the right to vote at meetings and to hold office pertain to this option. Capital assessment fees apply.
Flag Membership: Flag Memberships are no longer offered and have been replaced by the Single Membership. A few Flag Memberships have been grandfathered.
Life Memberships: A Life Membership is a regular membership that, by virtue of payment of a life membership fee, is no longer subject to annual dues. It has all the privileges outlined under Regular Membership above. Capital assessment fees apply. The Board of Directors has suspended offering Life Memberships at this time.
Initiation Fee: An initiation fee may be charged from time to time as determined by the Board of Directors. In 2008, the Initiation Fee has been waived; when applied, the Initiation Fee is $200.00, tax inclusive.
All memberships have reciprocal privileges at most yacht clubs throughout the united States and abroad, enhancing travels by land and sea. Please note that memberships are renewable January 1 of each year.

The club will notify the member at least quarterly how much of their spending minimum they have used and how much they must use as of December 31. Any portion of the $350.00 that remains unspent as of the close of business on December 31 will be billed to the member without benefit of food or beverage service. The above dues and minimums apply to 2007 and 2008. The Board of Directors retains the right to modify dues and fees in future years.
